2. Chemical properties: triisobutyl phosphate is an unstable compound and easy to decompose. It is a low volatile liquid with a low vapor pressure. It is weakly acidic and can react with bases to form phosphates.
3. Solubility: triisobutyl phosphate can be dissolved in organic solvents, such as alcohols, ethers and aromatic hydrocarbons. Its water solubility is very low, only about 0.1 g/L.
