Cyclohexane oxidation method Cyclohexane is oxidized to cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone in the first step under the action of cobalt catalyst, the reaction conditions are 150 ~ 160ºC, 810 ~ 1013 kPa. Cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone are oxidized by nitric acid to adipic acid. The reaction conditions were 60 ~ 80ºC, 100 ~ 400kPa. The crude product is refined by recrystallization to obtain the finished product.
The two-step carbonylation of butadiene is made from butadiene and carbon monoxide. Butadiene is first converted into methyl 3-pentenoate, then carboxylated to dimethyl adipate, and finally hydrolyzed.
