Cyclohexane oxidation method Cyclohexane is oxidized to cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone in the first step under the action of cobalt catalyst, the reaction conditions are 150 ~ 160ºC, 810 ~ 1013 kPa. Cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone are oxidized by nitric acid to adipic acid. The reaction conditions were 60 ~ 80ºC, 100 ~ 400kPa. The crude product is refined by recrystallization to obtain the finished product.
The two-step carbonylation of butadiene is made from butadiene and carbon monoxide. Butadiene is first converted into methyl 3-pentenoate, then carboxylated to dimethyl adipate, and finally hydrolyzed.
Cyclohexene was partially hydrogenated from benzene and hydrogen in the one-water oxidation process, and then hydrated to cyclohexanol, which was oxidized with nitric acid to produce adipic acid.
use
The primary use is as a raw material for nylon 66 and engineering plastics. This is followed by the production of various ester products, which are used as plasticizers and advanced lubricants. In addition, adipic acid is also used as a raw material for polyurethane elastomers, and as an acidifier for various foods and beverages, which sometimes outperforms citric acid and tartaric acid. Adipic acid is also used in medicine, yeast purification, pesticides, adhesives, synthetic leather, synthetic dyes and fragrances.
