Properties:

Uses:
Used as preservative, bleach and loose agent in food processing. It can be used to bleach the flour needed for making cookies, pastries and other foods. It can make bread, biscuits and other food will become loose, the taste is more crisp. Adding sodium metabisulfite to juice and canned food can increase its shelf life, and perform better sterilization to play a role in antiseptic sterilization. As an antioxidant preservative, it has a better antioxidant and fresh-keeping effect on seafood and fruits and vegetables.
